At this time, regular registration is full and is closed.
If you still really want to attend BarCamp Hanoi 2009, we may make a special exception for you. There are several requirements for us to consider your special request for attendance:

You have to participate by leading a session with a presentation or discussion. If you do not lead a session, you will not be accepted.
